I traveled to Gulf Shores on July 18 to film my first beach wedding: Shawn and Emily. The ceremony was performed outside the condo they were staying in, and the reception was at the Peninsula Golf Club. Very nice! This was shot using an XL1s as the wide shot, a GL1 for the front shot, and then a Canon G9 digital point and shoot camera with video capabilities for the “rear close ups”. Aside from trying to cover everything with one man, the other thing that caused an issue was the wind noise! It was very windy and none of my microphones liked it. When I got home, I researched wind noise reduction for microphones, and there are these blimps and furry things that cost about $300 that surround the mic to keep wind noise out. I may have to invest in a couple of those. Visit their page to view the video!
The DVD case insert design is below! This was my wife’s first major attempt at taking pictures at an event using her brand new Nikon D90 DSLR w/ a 18-105mm lens. I think they came out looking pretty good!

The wedding video is absolutely beautiful. Was this your first beach wedding? Well if it was you certainly couldnt tell. You did an excellent job and were right on top of every detail. It has been great going back and watching the video and seeing what we missed during the ceremony and reception. The finished video captured everything. I will definately recommend you to anyone that needs a videographer. Thank you so much for making this memory last forever.
