2022 Spirit of America Festival
AMELIA’S FIRST FIREWORKS SHOW
On July 4th, we ventured out around 7PM to check out the Spirit of America Festival in Decatur, Alabama. I haven’t been to this particular event since 2017. It was good to be back! The crowds were smaller than in years past, but that was a welcome thing since we had baby Amelia with us. It made getting around to the arts/crafts fair and food trucks a lot easier. There were so many inflatables for the kids to enjoy too!
The weather was awesome and we had a blast taking some photos of the fireworks show. Amelia did great and actually watched the show Brayden didn’t want to come out and stayed home and played Nintendo. It was so hot and humid and there were a lot of bugs, he probably enjoyed being at home more anyway. Haha. At least we all got to eat some good food before we ventured out!
