Headshots for the medical community.
Over the summer, I was fortunate to be contacted by The Orthopedic Center (TOC), Huntsville Hospital about doing their headshots. We are still working through the staff at the multiple locations. While doing that job, I also got a job doing headshots for Neurology Consultants for some new doctors on their team (below).
Here are some important considerations and reasons why doctors and medical professionals should have professional headshots.
Professional headshots are an essential asset in the medical profession, enhancing both credibility and approachability for doctors, nurses, and healthcare administrators. In an industry where trust is paramount, a high-quality headshot communicates professionalism and dedication, helping patients feel more at ease with their providers. Since many patients search for healthcare professionals online before scheduling appointments, a polished, authentic headshot can make a lasting first impression, reflecting the professionalism and empathy that are crucial to quality patient care.
Additionally, professional headshots are valuable for team cohesion and brand consistency within medical practices, clinics, and hospitals. With professional photos, healthcare organizations can create a unified, approachable image on websites, marketing materials, and social media. This visual consistency helps build a recognizable brand that patients can trust, which is particularly important in an industry where connection and reliability are vital. A professional headshot can be the first step toward fostering trust and establishing a positive, lasting relationship with patients.
If you’re headshot is more than 18 months old - reach out today and let me make you look amazing! (Light retouching is included, but don’t worry I’m going to make you look like a plastic doll)
These are super quick and painless. I’m not doing a full branding session. Some of the docs who come in ready to go are in and out in literally less than 15 seconds.
