Scott’s Apple Orchard - Amanda’s Maternity Session, Part 2

Beauty in the Orchard

If you followed our escapades in Part I - Amanda’s first maternity shoot in Panama City Beach, you’ll see it was pretty awesome. However, we wanted to also do something a little more traditional. So, we started trying to come up with a place to do more images. After some research, she mentioned something about trying to do it in an orchard and she found Scott’s. So, I called and spoke with someone at the orchard on the phone and got a shoot time and date set up.

On Sept 17, We headed out on the drive to the orchard around 5:00 PM. It was a quick 20 minute drive and we got there around 5:30. After speaking with a couple of the workers and getting the layout of the facility, we decided to head South from the parking lot and use that set of trees.

Since I brought minimal gear on site, setup was pretty quick and we started shooting immediately. You can check out some of my favorites below!

We went after hours to do this shoot and the rate was $50 for the hour. If you go during business hours it’s only $30. But, I didn’t want to have to deal with a lot of folks being around, so after hours was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a cool spot to do some photos, I would recommend using the contact info below and reach out to the folks at the orchard and see about setting up your shoot!

The dress (Zoie) came from Sew Trendy - but is no longer made based on my search.

The Winter White Crop Top/Everly Lace came from Chicaboo
